(CEO) Kaysee Hayes - Chief Executive Office
An award winning Leasing and Marketing professional since 2015 who attended the University of Memphis. Starting as a multi-property recertification specialist in the Chicago area, she learned the basics of what would become not only her career, but her passion. After two years in Chicago, she traveled across the United States to become a Leasing and Marketing Director in San Diego. From there, she dropped a home base and instead started traveling to properties all across the United States to gather insight on what gives them troubles. As a National Director of Leasing and Marketing, she continued to discover solutions on how to repair them.

COO) Jessy Talarico - Chief Operating Officer
San Diego State graduate who has been mastering the property management industry since 2015. She started her career as a Community Assistant and grew through many other positions in different departments allowing her to be well-versed in all aspects of Property Management. As a Marketing Coordinator, she began to see some of the difficulties the industry was experiencing with market reporting. As a Leasing Consultant and a Bookkeeper at multiple sites, she learned the many variations of properties and how each market differs. The property management industry is her passion and her experience has allowed her to discover solutions.
